As a trainer, I facilitate the learning of the attendees by assisting discovery and providing relevant knowledge.
Even when offering training on topics in which I have vast experience, I focus on developing individuals from their own experience and on supporting them to reach their potential.
My goal is to motivate people to learn and to ensure the transfer of the new skills and knowledge back to the workplace.
Consulting
As a consultant, I support you and your team to help you achieve specific company goals. I work with you to develop a solution that fits your specific needs by applying my expertise in project management and adult education.
My goal is for you to succeed in your projects.
Coaching
As a coach, I assume that each individual is creative, has the ability to change and can find the solutions that best suit him/her. I listen and ask relevant questions to understand the other’s perspective and suggest concrete actions.
My goal is to guide individuals and teams to reach their goal by helping them to define what they want to achieve and determine how and when they will do it.
Team building
As a facilitator, I encourage activities that will build trust and respect between team members and inspire team spirit.
My goal is to develop trustful relationships with effective communication in a playful way.
