Developing key competencies
Competencies are a mixture of skills, knowledge and behaviours that are required to succeed in an activity.
Corporate goals can only be reached if the appropriate competencies are in place.
With globalization, the need arises for completely new competencies, such as intercultural awareness.
It is important to identify which key competencies contribute to a well-functioning business in an international context and to make sure that these competencies are, in fact, available.
For more than 25 years, I have supported the development of key competencies at company and individual levels.
